Michael Casey Architect is a Stowe, Vermont-based design studio specializing in residential architecture and interiors.
Through continuous dialogue and refinement of ideas, Michael Casey Architect seeks to create a bespoke experience that is unique to each client, their site and program. Michael’s design sensibility is rooted in modernism, with a sensitivity and deep appreciation for traditional design which celebrates craft, place, and materiality so well.
Prior to founding his firm, Michael trained under renowned designers and architects in New York City and Vermont including Meyer Davis Studio, Robert Young Architects, and Birdseye. During that time, Michael was responsible for award-winning boutique hospitality and retail projects around the world for clients including 1 Hotel, Four Seasons, Harrods, Jean Georges and Mercer Street Hospitality. His diverse residential portfolio ranges from penthouse apartment renovations in New York City to new construction homes in the Hamptons, upstate New York, Connecticut, and Vermont.
Michael is a licensed architect in the State of Vermont and New York State. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
